The app offers a range of features to streamline the health insurance process, including claiming on extras by simply snapping a photo of receipts, tracking claims, checking benefits and limits, and viewing payment details.
Users can also update their benefit and contribution account details, contact information, find healthcare providers, locate the nearest Latrobe Health Services branch, submit PDF documents, and order new membership cards. For first-time logins, registration for an online account within the app is required.
